Background for Lee Collins (Residential Mortgage Consultant):
Lee Started his career with an Orange County based Real Estate and Mortgage company. Immediately he realized that the Mortgage lending side of the transaction is where he excelled and what he enjoyed most. Lee is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate.

Lee's focus is finding the "right" loan program to meet his clients needs and goals. Lee says," it is great to get a low rate, but with the wrong loan program your financial goals may not be obtained." Lee has access to over 100 investors and he takes the time to research each program and with new programs coming available daily, he is able to offer his clients the leading edge of mortgage solutions. Lee takes great pride in making the perfect match and finding a loan that works for the financial goals, and the borrower's abilities, whether someone is buying their first home, leveraging their equity for investments, or buying investment properties

In 2004, Lee Collins created a Branch for Home Loan Consultants (HLC), which in 2003 HLC had over $133,000,000 in loan volume. Lee's team in Orange County are knows as "Loans By Lee". Lee is involved in every transaction from start to finish to ensure his clients ultimate satisfaction. With all this said, 90% of Loans By Lee's business last year was from referrals.

In the early 1980’s Joseph had written a sales and marketing course for the California Department of Real Estate titled, "Sales and Marketing Strategies For Selling Superstars: Ethical Selling Skills!" This became the first-ever course approved for DRE credit and was presented more than once at the NAR and CAR annual conventions, as well state, regional and national conventions for franchises and state boards nationwide. NAR also used Joseph’s article, on Selling in Turbulent Times, as their cover story following his second appearance at their annual convention.
